Struggling with communication, boundaries, or connection? We’ll explore patterns in your relationships and find healthier ways to relate to those around you.

If you’re feeling stuck, small, or unsure of your worth — counselling can help you reconnect with your strengths and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
General Emotional Wellbeing
You don’t need a ‘big reason’ to seek counselling. If something doesn’t feel right, that’s enough. I’m here to support you through whatever you’re experiencing.
What to Expect
Your first session is a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for us to explore how we might work together.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place weekly, though this can be adjusted to suit your needs. We’ll meet either in person or online — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. The pace is entirely yours. My role is to create a space where you feel safe enough to open up when the time is right.
